The 1st quarter of 2021 is nearly over and this is the first post on my newly renovated website.
Hawaii’s Real Estate market is moving along quite well. There is about 2 months of Single Family home inventory and about 3 months for Condominiums. This, along with very good mortgage interest rates are fueling this demand. The shift to working from home has also added to the demand for a larger living space.
Sellers are receiving multiple offers on their properties. Buyers need to think creatively to make their offer stand out.
I have been involved with Residential Real Estate for almost 20 years. The market supply and demand has always been in flux. Each time we’ve needed to assess the reason why the market is doing what it’s doing. I’ve found that Sellers will always sell their properties and our Buyers will always find a way to purchase their home.
